Subject: fixed using freeformview in sidebar of pdfs. fixed issues with
 dragging items out of schema and with selecting the schema view by clicking
 on headers.  Fixed a lot of errors caused by using OmitKeys which masks type
 checking.  fixed some pointerevent problems with treeview and freeformview
