Subject: updated file system to include recentlyClosed, Shared, and Dashboards
 and fixed drag drop to make sense for the filesystem.   Fixed loading
 documents to happen in one batch by fixing UPDATE_CACHED_DOCS to save only
 documents accessible from current dashboard.
