Subject: fixed backspace to delete text items in treeViews.  simplified
 UndoRunInTempBatch.  fixed clicking on sort line for treeView to only
 recognize actual clicks.  fixed stayInCollection with DocDecorations to not
 create a giant gray square.  prevent server crash when db has bad data
 somehow.
